Yes, its that time. The Freshman 15, and its definatley happening, ive just been sooo busy i havent kept up with my normal regime. So im doing a kickstart week this week to loose 3-5 pounds, then 3 pounds the next week and that will be back to normal, and then ill go 3 the next week to allow re adminsitrative.
i found that at my goal weight of 120 i wasnt actually that happy, i felt like i looked frail, so im gunna probably stick at 123-5.

i reached 120! and im going to maintain it.
20 pounds down and ive gained such more. perspective, nutritional values, a rocking bod and happiness. Sooo proud right now
results come out on thursday, my life for the next years revolves around what comes out on thurs. fuck
gunna have to try my hardest to A- not kill myself and B- not comfort eat
Daily intake
breakfast- yogurt, cereal bar
lunch - half a pizza (250), small choco bar 100
Snack- small choco bar
Dinner- sweet chilli chicken and sald
Erghh, its ten and i have a rule at not eating after 7
But i had dinner super early cause its sunday and so my after dinner snack was early
Todays intake
Breakfast- strawberries,grapes, cherries
Snack- cereal bar
Lunch- no lunch cause breakfast was like 11 and snack was at 1
Dinner (3 oclock)- seabass, beans, side of veg
Snack(5 o clock)- kind of dessert, atkins indulge cake bar and fat free frozen yogurt.
havent eat for 5 hours. and im hungry.
